1. Sky Fit is a 30 minute workout incorporating body weight, medicine balls, bands, muscle conditioning, cardio and core. Each class will provide you with a unique way to improve your overall fitness.
2.Sky Fit Yoga will incorporate basic yoga poses to increase balance, decrease stress, improve mindset and increase overall flexibility in a 30 minute session.
3. Sky Fit Boxing is a 30 minute workout incorporating a high intensity cardio workout, while packing a punch! Each class will include bouts/rounds of cardio and core burnouts, along with partner drills utilizing boxing gloves and mitts. Learn the appropriate boxing techniques to strike effectively, while transforming your body into a fat burning machine!
4. Sky Fit Run is a 30 minute cross training program to improve your conditioning for upcoming running events. Step off the treadmill and on to the trampoline for an intense cardio challenge.
